The international headquarters of Operation Mercy is in Örebro, Sweden.
Örebro is Sweden’s seventh largest city located halfway between the Scandinavian capitals of Stockholm and Oslo. Considering Örebro‘s proximity to Stockholm (200 km), Gothenburg and Oslo (both 300 km), Örebro has become a logistical centre of Scandinavia and a convenient location for Operation Mercy’s administrative centre.
